Full implant supported denture cost

Full denture restoration is done either on ALL on 4 or ALL on 6 usually. In either arch, 12 teeth are replaced. In all on 4 all teeth are bridged on 4 implants. 6 implants are placed in All on 6 technique to replace all teeth. Prior X rays and CBCT are done to decide how many dental implants are required depending on bone density and strength.

Usually 6 implants are placed per arch. If the adequate bone height is available and general health is good, we may go for 4 in each upper and lower.
After implant placement we wait them to fuse with bone and then we give complete bridge consisting of 12 caps per jaw.

In between the placement of Implants and caps we give you temporary caps in front teeth region if you are not willing to stay without teeth in that duration. Those are made of acrylic, kept out of pressure and only for intermediate duration.

Final caps are made up of ceramic given after implant bone fusion. You can also opt for zirconia crowns.

Cost per implant is 16K. So to give full mouth restoration 8 to 12 implants are placed as discussed. The estimate cost for 8 or 12 implants is 1.28L or 1.92L respectively. We may place 5 implants per arch if bone is sufficient.

24 caps are given finally after implants gain stability. That will cost 60K @ 2500 per crown. If you are willing to go for zirconia caps, it will cost starting from 6k per cap depending on the quality.

The temporary teeth are made of acrylic. They are complimentary with implant placement if you are willing to get them. It takes a day or two to in fabrication of temporary crowns which will remain till the implants anchor sufficiently with the bone.
