What is Teeth Whitening

- At Home: This type of kits are popular in western countries. This method involves a professionally dispensed take-home kit. Products use in this also involve peroxide as their active agent which bleaches the tooth enamel.There is an trouble free custom made bleaching trays in the form of mouth guards. Different concentrations of carbamide peroxide is available in the bleaching agent. The amount and duration of usage varies from person to person like some are used overnight whereas others can be twice in a day for 2 weeks.Just have a visit to your dentist and he will provide you the custom fitted tray that one can place in mouth carefully. For this have a pre-dental visit to your nearby dentist to provide him an overview of your mouth structure so as bleaching trays can be made according to the latter. This method can take some days as proper inspection of your oral condition is being done over here.
